Robin’s Compass
Robin’s Compass is a prototype developed as my mid-term project for Circuit Stream’s Game Design Bootcamp.
The game follows a shipwrecked pirate by the name of Marco Girao, who while lost on a mysterious island is looking for his ship mate and best friend, Dante. On the island he meets a mysterious stranger, who cautions the player in the island’s motivations - that it means to test him.
Players will navigate the island, solving both environmental and moral challenges that intertwine with the character’s backstory and narrative. Project made within Unreal Engine 5.

Maze-like structures meant to introduce players to new mechanics/utility they acquired through their use in solving the puzzle.
Ethical Dilemmnas
Tied to a branding/reputation system, these scenarios are interactible setpieces carefully designed to sway a player’s judgment based on their interaction with the statues present. The scene depicts a conflict at hand (one hinted to the main character’s past) and has the player work their way through the scene (or is judged by their dismissal)
